I’m a multimedia journalist originally from the Sacramento area. My transition from a career in science to journalism stems from my commitment to the pursuit and dissemination of information, with a strong emphasis on truth. As a nonbinary, queer Filipino, I am particularly dedicated to making news accessible to marginalized communities. My reporting primarily covers diverse topics related to the environment, health, technology, and education.
