As an audio and digital journalist based in Santa Cruz, California, I bring a deep commitment to storytelling rooted in my upbringing in Davis and my experiences living in Oakland, Berkeley, and Portland, Oregon. My passion for this work is driven by the belief that documenting history as it unfolds is essential to driving meaningful change in the world.

Recently, my work has focused on homelessness, education, climate adaptation, and immigration. I have had the privilege of working at The Oregonian, The Press Democrat, and Reveal, with my reporting and research featured on platforms such as NPR, Code Switch, KQED, KAZU, CalMatters, and Netflix, among others.
