I’m a local news reporter based in Northern California. As a journalist, I have found an incredible amount of satisfaction while reporting in my community and for my neighbors. I think that truthful local storytelling is urgent, now more than ever. My work has focused on housing, city government, the environment, courts and politics. I am especially interested in writing stories about how policy decisions, bureaucracies and politics impact real people.
