I am a writer and journalist based in Berkeley, CA. After completing an MFA in poetry, I decided to pursue a career in journalism, recognizing that my skills and passions could have a greater impact through reporting. My work primarily focuses on issues affecting unhoused communities in the East Bay, including on-the-ground coverage from encampments, narrative profiles of individuals experiencing homelessness, and accountability reporting on city programs and policies.

Over the past year, my work has been published in Street Spirit, where I have been working as a freelance journalist.
