I am a multimedia journalist from Uganda, currently based in Los Angeles. I pursued journalism to make information more accessible—especially for underserved communities like the one I grew up in. My reporting focuses on human rights, education, and local business, with a strong interest in solutions stories that highlight working models tackling community-level challenges. I’ve reported for Richmond Confidential, Oakland North, and Bloomberg, and have worked with the Investigative Reporting Program at UC Berkeley on issues of journalist safety and human rights.
